I followed my nasal senses through many a colourful street through the capital to experience a wonderful proceeding which involved a ‘vibey’ long black and a devilishly sound biscuit. The cafe had a relaxed atmosphere even with an active bakery bustling with (Dare I say rather handsome looking) bakers rustling up some artisanal loaves. I harboured no complaints for the long black, it very well crafted. I wasn’t sure if it was the tectonic plates beneath the city or the strength of the roast but ‘hey ho’ My mistake for dabbling in a triple shot. But the biscuit... salted caramel with extra salt on the top. My curious gentlefolk, what a sly morsel this was. Please try your hand to one, you will not be disappointed. All in all, there’s is definitely more complex coffee flavours to be had in Wellington but there are more than enough reasons to pop in.
