combination gelato/coffee shop. they serve very good versions of both. surprisingly good espresso for a gelato shop. I'll stop here if I'm in the area of one of their shops, but not the type of shop I make any extra effort to visit.

Small gelato bar serves a really nice cappuccino. The ice cream looks great but at 10am in the morning I'll stick to the coffee.
Knowledgable baristas, excellent Counter Culture coffee. Beautiful setting, nice and clean with free wifi. Limited seating and very crowded in gelato weather. Had a beautiful latte art cappuccino and great espresso. Best coffee in the area!
AMAZING gelato. Very authentic. I got a hot chocolate with espresso which was so good. The chocolate is real Italian filling chocolate, not hot cocoa like we have here. The espresso is bitter but that's how I like it

So people come here for the gelato, which I didn't try, but based on the reactions of the customers from 20 minutes of observations, it looks pretty good. The coffee seems good too - I tried a short macchiato ($3.30, with tax), bitter, but nice that it was served in a china cup instead of cardboard popular in many coffee houses. Don't go expecting a cool & laid back atmosphere; the decor and customers are all about gelato consumption, but I'd drink coffee from here over the Starbucks up the street. Free wifi.
