Lovely Italian-run cafe and deli. i had a flat white and it was quite good (not great) but the home made pasteries were delightful.

Coffee must have since improved since the last reviews. Coffee was great.
Nice little deli with a good range. The coffee was average. A spoonful of textured milk on top of your latte is not preferred.

I swung by here for breakfast before work one day. I knew there must be a shop in Wangaratta which sells gourmet cheeses, pastas, sauces and the likes, and this is it! Sadly, my breakfast was not as tasty as the goods available in the shop. The French toast I ordered was a little bland and lacked texture. My coffee was bitter and watery. The service was pleasant, and I quite liked the atmosphere.

Aroma Deli Cafe has a good reputation locally for quality food. I've eaten here before, and the Italian antipasto is great. However today I decided to go to "Tony's" for breakfast. A usual the food was great for a local cafe, but the coffee was another story. Asking for a strong mocha yielded an extremely undrinkable burnt coffee, sugar couldn\'t save it. This wasn\'t the first time I\'ve had bad coffee here. Upon request they happily made another one, which not being a strong coffee was \"less burnt\" but drinkable with sugar added. My friend also only drank half of hers. On the up side, their blood orange juice was unexpected in a small town - tasting great! If you want well priced and quality food, go see Tony at Aroma. If you just want a good coffee - until they fix their machine or fix whatever is wrong - go elsewhere like Espresso on Ovens.
