Horrible customer service, not friendly at all and rather annoyed. We bought 2 espresso's which tasted burned and was less than 1 sip which was also the most expensive sip I ever experienced in life. Not recommended!

Perfectly acceptable short macchiato and flat white over multiple visits. Almost restaurant size, with an extensive food menu. Staff were efficient though always appeared a little rushed, given this cafe's popularity during breakfast in particular. Coffee a little weak for my taste, though flat white had good flavour and texture. The best of limited options for good flat whites in Vienna.

Nice coffeeplace in vienna. Correct staff, but not very attentive. My capp tasted great. Creamy, nutty, good temperature and Nice latte-art. The second was just as Nice.

If you're in the area, this is worth visiting (the famous Hundertwasserhaus is quite close by). I had a Melange, which I understand to be a kind of Viennese cappuccino. It wasn't as strong as most of the caps I usually get in places like Prufrock in London, but it had good micro-foam with some latte art.

This lovely coffee house is just a short walk from Stadpark and the central city, but is worth the stroll if you want to take a break from the bustling shopping streets and indulge in a nice coffee. The wait staff were quite attentive and fast to take and deliver our order (and menus in English were offered too). Each coffee was presented nicely and with individualised 'latte art'. The cappuccino appeared to be slightly lacking on the froth side, but the crema was perfect and left a lovely taste on the palate afterwards. The spacious fit out of the cafe provides a range of comfortable seating options for everyone (including outdoors in summer) and their funky red bar and lounge seats gives a certain retro feel to the place.

A welcomed sight in Vienna which although apparently famous for coffee (maybe just 'coffee houses') is actually notoriously bad (anyone want a super-automatic or 5000). Grinding on a Mazzer (with two beans available - one Austrian, the other Italian) I had two Short Macchiatos that were presented beautifully (with water). The first was better than the second, but both were quite good. Full flavoured, smooth milk, and no bitterness. It is a very funky cafe, with excellent service, only spoilt by the quantity of smoke wafting about *sigh*. The food is also very good, and quite reasonable. So, the coffee is highly recommended, and probably the best in Vienna.
