We like coffee, Loring roaster and the rest, locally orientated
Coffee was great but I gave them a keep cup and ordered large because it‘s considered large in most places in NSW. The person who took my order did not correct me and I paid a lot more than you pay at other places so asked later what my keepcup size was considered at their cafe and he said medium. I said that I had ordered a large. The guy reimbursed the difference but reluctantly without checking with the person I ordered from. Then comes over with the receipt later and says you did pay for a medium, put the receipt on the table and walked away. That is not how you treat a customer who has just paid $5.50 for a medium sized coffee. They need to get their communication right and advise of sizes when they use a weird sizing system. It’s all about communication and the customer does not want to be made feel bad because of a lack of it.
