My latte was very smooth but full of flavour, this is excellent coffee and a nice interior. I found Taipei has a great coffee scene but my only gripes are the coffee is very expensive and most of the quality places open after 11am, so I can't get my morning fix. when I really want it.

One of the best I’ve had...full stop! Beautifully made, single origin beans and well measured. Offers coffee properly. Great authentic feel to the place without the obvious hipster thing going on. Quality rare grooves in the back ground.

A regular stop every time I visit Taipei, serving the most consistent coffee I've ever had. Everything from an espresso, filter, cap and short mac has been smooth and flavourful in the best ways. The interior has a warmth to it in all the wood paneling, soft lighting, and the collection of coffee knick-knacks the owner has accumulated over time. The staff have been helpful on every visit, explaining anything on the drink menu if needed.

Non descript exterior, going inside it was dark with a lot of wood. So much character from the fun Dutch memorabilia to all the photos behind the bar and the books and coffee stuff everywhere. Their menu was interesting. All the usual suspects but this was my first encounter with "the combo". One could choose between 2 espressos (at different temps) or an espresso and cappuccino or cappuccino and ice coffee I think. Very exciting. I chose the single origin (think it was Ethiopia) espresso and cappuccino. I took the espresso first: It was smooth and I balanced. I really enjoyed it. I then went to the cappuccino. It was good but after that espresso... I could only think about the espresso. I really enjoyed this combo experience and next time Im keen to try the 2 espressos. At the time I thought the vibe was not that great but this tends to happen when your in a foreign country and you cant speak the language. Nice place to go for a read or chat.

Extremely expensive. Nt$140 for an espresso. The espresso and cappuccino are almost the same price. The espresso was sour insipid third wave crap. Maybe alright for milk drinks but crap for espresso. Nothing special interior.

This cafe was recommended by my barista friend from Melbourne, so I had very high expectations for the coffee. In the Sunday afternoon, the cafe was almost full so I had a bar seat. I ordered a cup of cappuccino. Both the taste of the coffee and latte art were great. Compared to other cafes, the porportion of the milk in this cappuccino was just right! Strong coffee flavour with silky milk foam. I love it.
