Costa Rican Gesha double espresso initially had a rich fruity acidic aftertaste, cooling opened it out to a vivid mix of citrus acidity with sweeter berries. Rich, sweet, moreishly acidic and balanced - impressively delicious, only slightly let down by some bittering on the aftertaste.
Great service! Incredible list of beans and extraction methods, and tasty coffee! These guys really know what they are doing, and their passion shines through. Had a Costa Rica Typica natural filter, which was really sweet and juicey. Followed up with a Costa Rica Typica Honey process espresso. So well balanced! Great job guys. What a gem.
