Anyone looking for US style coffee (lighter medium roast, clean finish, no dirty back) will not be disappointed. Having returned from the US, Skittle Lane and Artificer are my goto roasters. I find aussie roasters typically better for darker and more developed roast - since most people in Oz don't drink black/filter/batch....and roasts are geared towards big milk cups.
This is without question the best cafe in Sydney. The owner is inviting and meticulous in his process for finding the best baristas on the market. The baristas love what they do, and this is blissfully apparent when you take that first sip of a Skittle Lane coffee. The vibe is great, and leaves you wanting to head back as soon as possible. A 10/10 for me, nothing but 🏆 for the team at Skittle! ☕️
