I have been here many many times - usually one weekday lunch each week. The food is consistently good- well crafted, interesting and innovative daily specials, good regular menu. We always have ristrettos and they’re always good. And this is one of those places that give you a little shot of cold Sosa water with your ristrettos, which I love. The service is consistently right up there, friendly and efficient without being intrusive. We don’t go at weekends because the queues are too long- I’m amazed to see so many mediocre or marginally negative reviews of this place. It’s consistently good and incredibly popular.
Very disappointed. I knew I was in trouble when the lady had no idea about cold brew, or filitered coffee. The answer to my question of which black coffee do you have was answered with " long black or short black". The long black came out scolding hotttt. After leaving it to cool down the coffee flavour was over whelming and not in a good way....I have tried this place twice now and will not be going back at third time .
