the sister shop of copper pan (st ives) and pottery green (Gordon), same franchise different owners i think. uses Campos beans, only the asian dude makes the best coffee there, pumping out consistent good cuppers. similar signature dishes as the other shops, great choice of fresh bakeries, lemon grass beef/chicken rolls. i recon their pho is so so at most at any of the shops but ppl seems to be ordering them a lot ;(
One wonders if these folks are ripping off Pottery Green (or as I'd guess for various reasons) the other way around. Cheaper baguettes and cash only here. The coffee is probably better than at PGB, the croissants worse (though not bad). We didn't think the wait for food unreasonable.
thought we'd give it another go. I'd like to acknowledge how great it was to find this place open on a public holiday. coffee is still good and the service is still very poor. ..of the 10 empty tables only one was cleaned... I watched other couples clearing cups from one table to another just to have somewhere to sit. all this as staff stood out the back chatting
To this and it's a small bakery of Asia. Kevin like. Nice to look upon food and staff all good price and full of taste and a flavour of intent. Coffee here not such the amazing but I still satisfy the itch with a milk coffee to taste alright. Nice milk I think but I watch barister and he doesn't do to look with much passion. Still overandall is place, coolZ
