Honduran espresso was nicely balanced with some nuttiness over citrus acidity Columbian Caturra / Gesha / yellow Bourbon blend for the filter had an intriguing alcohol-like quality, delicate acidity and round mouthfeel. Sweeten on cooling and finished cleanly - real nice.

Columbian natural Gesha for the espresso had a fermented air like a oak aged beer, stayed clean. Three way blend for the batch - Columbian Gesha, yellow bourbon and Caturra - had an an orange/grapefruit flavour to it, tending towards the more sour-end towards the finish. Very coffee knowledgeable conversation with the barista Will. My first visit, will come again.
