Sour edge to start the Nicaraguan espresso, it did sweeten a bit on cooling but not quite up here with some of the shots of late here.

was still pretty robust with some more acidity today
Made of Many batch had something cola and orange going on but didn’t quite have that clean finish that many of the batch brews do here.
