Two days of the Columbian espresso gave sweet fruity cups. The Columbian batches were clean with a plummy feel - real nice. Also tried the house blend as a batch, had some nice sweetness and maybe some nuttiness but didn’t finish as cleanly as the Columbian.
Gesha for the batch broadened out to a complex mix of spicy dried fruit with a roof of mouth acidity - new flavours keep coming on each mouthful’s aftertaste and additionally as the cup cooled - serious nice stuff. Caramelised pears(?) to the Columbian espresso - went down well
