Amazing hotcakes and corn fritters - both are "must-try" breakfast items. Coffee can be hit and miss. My piccolos on my most recent Sunday breakfast visit were very nice, but on previous visits coffee has been average. Service is friendly, but can be a little slow because it gets so busy. We didn't wait long for our food however. I would advise getting there early to avoid a queue. We arrive at 9:30am and got the last table for 2 available and a line for bigger groups had already formed. Definitely worth a visit though!
This place has a great reputation. As such, I thought I would try it for a second time because the first time was a disappointment. The second visit cemented this fact. This cafe is massively overrated. The coffee was scorching. The milk was burnt to oblivion. The food was also a complete disappointment. With so many great cafes to choose from, Bills should be one of the last on your list to try. 1/10
The queue is always long so we decided to give it a try. The service is quite pretentious if not rude, you can only order when they want to take your order. You wait to be seated, wait to get your menu and water, wait to have your order taken, wait for food, oh, you don't need to wait to pay, you'll get "processed" pretty quickly. The food is quite nice, overpriced yes but they're nice, coffee on the other hand is quite average. With so many good cafes around the area I won't be going back again.
