Coffee is amazing, beautiful spot on the river. Service was fine until my baby spilt my freshly made coffee and they refused a replacement so I had to pay again

Hey there, thank you for your review. Great to hear that you enjoyed your experience. We are sorry to hear about the misunderstanding with the replacement of your coffee as it as actually part of our policy to replace a coffee when dropped or for a remake - no questions asked.
Read mixed reviews, but it they were mainly good reviews so decided to risk it. Very disappointing coffee, bland, no taste and drinkable straight away, my wife’s hot chocolate was also disappointing. Nil interaction with staff which I seemed to be bothering.

Keep on walking people; Toby’s Estate done poorly - weakly flavoured soy latte - just too milky. My feeling is if you are a local here you get the fresh beans. Paper cup only; some seating on the deck overlooking water but if you don’t like yappy dogs your peace and serenity is gone. Rubbish ? I was pointed to the council bin out the front... we don’t want your rubbish here! No social responsibility.

We're very sorry you didn't enjoy your experience this morning - unfortunately we are limited by local council regulations to only provide 'take-away' coffee. We do however encourage our customers to bring their own keep-cups to minimise waste and offer a discount accordingly. Similarly we are required to use the council provided facilities for any waste we do produce. We make a conscious effort to make everyone welcome at Waterline and we are very popular with dog walkers, particularly in the early morning. Whilst most are well behaved we hope you understand this is ultimately the responsibility of the dog owner, not the establishment. We are, however, totally responsible for the quality of the coffee and if ever you feel the coffee is too weak we'll gladly remake it for you, all you have to do is ask. We hope this information helps and look forward to seeing you again :)
