OK texture on milk craft. Great bean for milk drink, but served scalding hot. Generally Chile baristas dont understand the chemistry on using the milk carbs to sweeten the coffee. But that said , this is one of the best coffees i have had in Santiago - def worth a visit. The location is a bit noisy, but definitely a local M-Fri cafe serving locals and savvy tourists. Nice staff And fast by Chile standards
Quick visit on the way through from Melbourne. Milk was a great little spot downtown. Unfortunately, South America tends to use long life milk - but it was still ok. Had a Cortado (Barista latte / Magic) which was nice. Milk was too hot - but never mind. Great spot for a visit. Free Wifi!
I travel to Santiago several times a year for work and have found that mill had the best tasting coffee I've had in Chile so far ever. The staff are pleasant and the coffee baristas take a lot of pride in crafting a delicious coffee each time. They filter the water prior to extraction and its obvious when the crema touches the tastebuds. I normally drink a strong Americano with 3shots in a small size cup. Thanks Milk keep it going! 🇨🇱
