Been in the US for three days and this is the best coffee I’ve found so far. Paid close attention to my needs as I was looking for something as close as I could get to a strong NZ-style soy flat white. Served a very nice latte. Only bummer was they couldn’t do soy milk so had to settle for almond which was still ok.
I just drove from New York City to SAN Francisco, four weeks across the USA. After many awesome encounters with friendly, helpful Americans, especially those who couldn’t understand my Australian accent and where wonderful and good humoured we arrived in the USA’s most progressive and cool city, right? Wrong. A young, smug little tart of a waitress chose to ignore me completely when I requested change for the parking meter and turned her attention to the customer who walked in behind me. Congratulations girlfriend, you are the first American in a month of serious traveling who has been rude to me. WTF? We have already paid for the coffee so we didn’t leave. The coffee is good The other two staff are fine, so 4 points to be fair But Saint Frank left a nasty taste in my mouth Won’t be back
