So many brewing options - overnight cold brew, syphon, aeropress, tasting options, condensed milk... all served beautifully and you can get the cold brew in a jar to take away! Haven’t had better coffee outside of Melbourne. Plus add the displays about coffee, equipment / beans for sale and the awesome menu... might be the best cafe in Queensland.

A brief review summary. Very Rockhampton. Country music: polarising. Toasted banana bread: cold tub of butter shoved on the plate Coffee though: nice, strong, flavoursome, hit the spot and I would recommend a takeaway, rather than stay. Clean shop, efficient service.

Having visited on Two Professors last December while looking for decent coffee in Rocky, I was taken with the decor and the delightful service. The blend at that time was a little underdone. However, while here for work, Two Professors became my morning haunt with a seriously kick-@rse house blend (Formula #1) in the grinder. A delightfully complex flavour profile in my doppio short-ish milk coffee. On first sip the complexity is a little confronting while trying to pick the profile apart, but then I just relaxed and enjoyed it immensely. The other surprise for me was the cold pressed coffee. Robust enough to cut through full cream milk with a flavour and mouthfeel I was longing for all day.. They are open very early for the caffeine fiends out there and the food is quite good as well. Do yourself a flavour, try this joint, enjoy the air conditioning and you may see me sitting against the wall on my next trip up!

Has become a go-to for breakfast when passing through Rockhampton. Friendly service, good food, and arguably the best coffee in town. Kid-friendly options for those gearing up for a family road trip.
