Went to Kinky Lizard for breakfast and coffee. My breakfast of a bacon eggs Benedict was supposed to be served on an English muffin according to the menu but came on a bread roll which detracted from the breakfast a little. The coffees we ordered got lost in service and the heads were dispersing by they time they arrived. Also served in short black ceramic cups which reduced the usual piccolo volume by about a third. Notwithstanding this the coffee tasted very good.

I think their coffee is okay. Something that can make coffee even nicer is a splash of manners from the girl taking your $$ for said coffee.... And since you'll pay over the odds for a coffee here it's probably the least they could do. Won't be back.

Perth tax to the max... Coffee was nice enough (I ordered a piccolo). Strong, clean, a nice change from 90% of the over priced cups of acid served throughout Perth. But that single piccolo coupled with a really average breakfast just cost me $27!!!

I visited this little Coffee place for the first time on a public holiday Monday and they were jam packed. I have taken this into account in my review as the service wasnt quite as good as I expected. I ordered a couple of flat white coffees and both Coffee's were well made, perfect temperature, well textured milk, with nicely presented art on top. Kinky Lizzard have two beans to choose from; a house blend and a single origin. I tried the house blend and it was very good. (I haven't gone on with a long description of the coffee blend as they change it every week) We also ordered food, my wife the scrambled eggs with salmon and I ordered the Pork with poached eggs and hash browns, the food was awesome, fresh well done, house made and didn't disappoint. My criticism of the service is only that the staff seemed to have trouble with the table numbers, you pay at the counter and they provide a number for you to return to your table with, the staff seemed to not really know what numbers belonged to what food and constant roamed around looking for who ordered what. My coffee went on two voyages around the Alfresco area before making it to my table arriving with plenty spilled into my saucer unfortunately. The staff where super busy and very friendly, I honestly think the service issues were simply because they were so busy. I'll definitely be going back here again. Cheers

Been here a few times and this is the final nail in the coffin. Staff are nothing special and the coffee is poor to average. Paid $4.6 for a double shot fw and got given single shot, milky frothy hot mess. Might as well have been drinking hot milk. Don't think this place is likely to change anytime soon, don't know why they get so much business.

The coffee here is supposed to be excellent. Well, I come from Melbourne so I think that's a bit of a stretch but it is certainly very good. Nice food and a pleasant setting too. Hidden away from the hoards so service is a bit quicker too.
