The cafe was far too clinical to be considered a cafe... More like a restaurant... Has a empty cold feel to it...The coffee was good, but the regular size is very small for what you get and the coffee was below warm temperature. The food is ok.. The frittata is tasty but their special 'poached' eggs on toast was basically raw eggs in a dish with toast... I didn't expect that nor did I like that...!

My pour over cherry was popped. Hit up the Hunkute blend which was a great intro to the world of pour over. Nice little pork meal topped off with incredible service.

This a coffee Nerds heaven. The staff are all friendly and Slayer really stands out. The Candy Man Blend is very nice. Put this one on the coffee rotation.

A & S encourages Perth's relationship with latte-free coffee, and even bagels, bringing that San Fran to Seattle via Portland feel to concepts and design. You can welcome the chance to relinquish your espressofied caffeine fix, for there is a gentleness to drinking the pour over that the Gents here ceremonially deliver. Whilst the standout Slayer shines bright like an espresso machine, it's the syphon and pour over bar in the corner that awaits a new breed of coffee drinkers in the West. Bold white muscle Tee's for the baristas and a simply designed cup logo exude a clean and glossy confidence with a dash of vintage branding, well placed to make Posters and Bloggers put this place on the map.

The ratings at my time of visit averaged 9.0 out of 10. That was correct. The young waiter was friendly and open and had great coffee knowledge. He even talked about the wider coffee scene and it's connections state to state. The coffee was brilliant. Smooth, strong, flavoursome, and not a hint of over burnt bean. The open plan setting was perfect to relax in on a Sunday morning. Excellent.
