Do the roasting experience course on a Friday with Maria to get a feel for roasting your own coffee. And actually take home a bag of your own coffee. Otherwise coffee is good, service is good, food is good. Watch out for other patrons trying to jump the queue for a table. Great atmosphere and awesome terrace when the weather allows. Sometimes night time guest chefs on the dinner service. Just keep watching and checking it out as it is constantly changing due to the vision of the owners Andres and Maria who are roasters first and use the cafe as a platform for other baristas and chefs to try new things.
