Rather nice coffee, couldn't fault the double espresso I received. Food was excellent. Very busy and had to wait to get in. Totally worth it though.

Good coffee (latte on the richer/darker end of continuum, and decaf short macchiato (allergies!)) Busy even at 3 on a weekday. Bagels and light meals.

Came here for an afternoon break based on BH reviews and left disappointed. It was busy and clearly popular. Most tables were taken so we elected to take away. So, the double res latte... Scalding hot and a very burnt pour. We both threw it straight in the bin. The order did come out quickly, but I would have preferred to wait an extra 5 mins for her to put some effort into the task. There's much better coffee options 100m away.

Absolute gem, great coffee and good food, great service, very cool surrounds in a side lane in the CBD. Places like this one make me want to move to Melbourne! And then I remember the weather 馃槈

Cool lane way cafe. Coffee was full bodied and had some great floral notes coming through in my long black, was slightly on the darker roast side. My only critic being it was a little confusing to know if it was table service, went up to the counter to order and realized my mistake. The lady was quite nice and directed me to an empty table. Food was great!

Great place, but very big on the tourist scene now. I guess you gotta tick that laneway experience box! Really nice coffee, didn't blow me away though. Food looks interesting, but with the table turnover so slow (once people get a table they want to take their time!) I didn't get to try any. For a take away coffee there are better options in the city, but for a nice roomy brunch or the like on the weekend. looks good.
