Outstanding coffee, good service and interesting menu highlight the experience. Long black and short black were well presented with a dark, rich and intense flavour with good acid balance on the palate. Floral tones on the nose with hints of rose petal. The long black improved to the last drop - a good sign of quality in my experience. Long black and short black were single origin source (from Ethiopia on the day of visit) . A nice touch was that each cup was served with a small glass of sparkling water. Food menu had some unique breakfast items apart from the ubiquitous sour dough/avocado. Such dishes as Coconut Chia pudding, chocolate fondant pancake and corn kale quinoa fritters and Korean BBQ brisket roll. Coffee with milk used blended source and interesting drinks such as golden latte (with rice milk) on show.
