Now called TAP Coffee, the coffee is perfect. The flat white is slightly stronger than the latte. Both had a hint of fresh acidity and a beautiful nutty note. The only food available is a selection of locally made cakes and sandwiches, but the quality is outstanding. The atmosphere is easy and the wifi is good.
First ever visit so I had a Costa Rican pour over to see how they handle it. The (very grumpy looking) guy did a great job with the V60, creating bloom, carefully circling the water; one of the best pour overs I've had. The interior was cool and minimalist; a stark and welcome change to the street directly outside. Overall, one of my London favs that I'll visit again. My wife had a (decaf (sorry)) cap which was very good.
