Space itself & concept are great & staff behind the bar were friendly. On the coffee side, had an oat piccolo which wasn't enjoyable at all. Coffee tasted under extracted and was lacking body while Oat milk was steamed with the shot which resulted in a weak coffee. Energy ball was very nice though.
Slightly off the beaten track, you really need to seek this place out. But well worth straying from the monotony of Charlotte & Goodge Streets. It's one of my favourite places for coffee in London. The decor is nice enough. Nothing to write home about, but comfortable. It's rare that it's so packed you can't get a seat/table. Nice bench table along the front window to watch the world go by. But why you come is for the coffee itself. No matter who is behind the lovely looking Spirit machine, I can't remember ever having a bad cup from here... and I've had quite a few. Baristas that really care about what they are making. Passionate about good coffee without being preachy. You can really tell it's been made with love. Long may it continue!
