Average coffee and terrible service. The guy who was serving came to our table and took our orders; we ordered an aeropress which was on the menu, and he said they couldn't do it. So we ordered a pour over next and then he walked away and forgot our order. So we ended up just placing our order at the counter. Haven't had the food but won't be going back.

Great food selection and many sweet goodies. Coffee is very average unfortunately. They are currently using beans roasted by the Roasting Party, not my favourite as the flavour with milk is quite flat (this is were the Arabica beans and light roasting should stand out).
Foxcroft & Ginger changed their beans to Has-Bean (very good choice) and changed the settings a bit which makes the place more spacious. Unfortunately the coffee they make us not as good as it used to be, especially due to the chocolate powder added on top! Food wise the variety is great and following a nice breakfast it is delicious as well. If you are going for a visit do not forget to mention 'no chocolate powder please'
I've been around this place so many times and always passed it in favour of Flat White.... Recently, as Flat White staff became more arrogant and less caring, I decided to give this place a chance and it was worth it! Currently they are using Climpson & Sons beans, you can find them all over the city these days, the Barista was very nice and friendly and made me a well crafted Flat White served in a nice old style china cup, a nice twist to the usual cups used in so many coffee places. In addition to the excellent coffee they serve delicious salads, you can mix few in your plate, sandwiches and selection of pastries. The place is spacious and well lighted plus they have more space to seat downstairs if you look for a quiet spot to work or rest your mind from a hectic day.
I think a few people have been a little harsh on this place. It suffers from being two doors down from flat white and having Monmouth, Milk, and Nude all 5 minutes walking distance, but the coffee is not bad and the food is fantastic. Its got a great DIY/Punk feel to it too. If you like the idea of sipping coffee off a gym horse, then this place is for you. If not, then you should probably keep on walking.
