Light but nice latte. Though situated nearby the Kyoto station it wasn't crowded at all. Not many seats but a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The waitress was really helpful, providing us with essential information about our next destination in Japan (without us asking for it).
Friendly and professional! They have variety of beans from Africa, South America, Central America, from light roast to medium dark. They take care of every detail to enjoy every single moment since you step in the coffee shop, while waiting your coffee until you leave. You can buy all sort of utensils, clothing and coffee beans. Fabulous place!
Delicious coffee, tried most drinks on the menu both hot and cold - agree that au latte were milky, but just ask for extra shot - Matcha latte with espresso was an unexpected delight. Definitely worth a detour, which is not far if visiting by rail - if only brief visit to Kyoto then prioritize a visit to Kurasu Kyoto over other Kyoto coffee destinations.

Thanks so much for leaving us a thoughtful review. Appreciate the feedback. See you again soon!
Nice place, but not worth the de-tour. Cappuccino, like (almost) everywhere in Japan, too milky. Staff really nice, shop modern atmosphere.

Hi Maurits - thanks for dropping by! If you prefer a less milky cap, let us know and we'll be happy to whip up a cup. Cheers!
