Fantastic adjoining atrium space, with comfy sofas, heaters, and great place to relax on a chilly Sunday afternoon. It's a slower pace here in Hobart, which is fine, but the coffee is pedestrian.

really nice venue but let down by both the coffee and the food. the space was useful as the kids had room to wander without disturbing others so I would probably revisit but don't go with high coffee expectations.

After leaving multiple messages to make a booking and receiving a return call 45 minutes before the booking time two days after the first message was left should have been the first sign of what was to come. Burned over expressed coffee which took 35 minutes to arrive. Three requests for water for the table which took an hour and a half to eventuate and possibly one of the smallest, blandest most expensive "Big Breakfast" I've ever come across. To top it off the Vegetarian meal ordered by one of my companions came wrapped in bacon! Jam Packed is in a great location but let down by poor staff, nasty coffee, worse meals and the cutlery being dumped on the tables in recycled tin cans. Far better cafés and restaurants nearby.

Good Big Brekkie and flat white on a cold, wet day. Coffee is better than most of the other places around Hobart - not too mild with a bit of a smokey aftertaste. Still searching for the best coffee in Hobart...

One of the better coffees I've had in Hobart. Vittoria is often the sign of a cafe that was great 5 years ago but they are still getting the best out of these beans. Good flavour and nice and strong.

2nd visit on week long holiday was disappointing. Piccolo was served in a latte glass but half full. Wt? Long black was very disappointingly watery with no sign of crema. Mmmm... wats going on in cafe attached to a 5 star establishment. The croissants were AMAZING. The food is tops, why not the coffee. Was the barista on day off or are they using a barista at all? Sydney and Melbourne guests demand better coffee!!!

Yummy yummy cafe is part of the cool Henry Jones Art Hotel. You must stay here if you need a room. Great intensity thru the first sip to the last with the best froth ever! Thick, smooth, creamy. Amazing food.
