Gorgeous space, really laid back. Coffee’s so so (a touch acidic) but their service system is chaotic and really impacts - waited in line for 30 minutes to order then another 40 minutes for our (cold) meals. Avoid during holidays & long weekends, or just get takeaway. There are better drops on the coast though - Paddock is more for the baked goods than the coffee..
Lovely coffee, I had both a latte as well as a black brew coffee, full of fruity overtones. The fresh baked goods are amazing. However the inefficiencies of the service made the whole order process a bit dissapointing and the usage of disposable paper cups for water turned me off a bit.
Down the coast on holiday went here under recommendation. Arrived at 6:30am. Table easy to grab once you found someone to ask. Staff were light on or busy with everything else. Baked goods looked brilliant. Menu sounded fantastic. Ordered the yogurt and muesli and it arrived in a pre-packaged plastic container probably straight from 7/11 up the road. Swapped it for a muffin. Food served in cardboard half boxes not giving me that feeling of atmosphere. Dopio single origin was underwhelming. Sometimes you have to go on recommendations but everybody has a different perspective. Pretty poor experience all around. On to the next option for tomorrow.
