In Manila again and made a beeline back to my favourite coffee shop. What a disappointment to find the previous crew gone and the latest guys not quite up to the same standard. My cappuccino was lukewarm with little to no foam. The strength and flavour were fine but the execution was a letdown. Shame. There are actually quite a few strong performers on the Coffee scene in Manila now. I’ll be revisiting them over the next few weeks.

This is the satellite store- more of a hole in the wall than a sit down and linger experience. No single origin available- just a blend (Woolloomooloo). Beautiful thick chocolaty espresso. Really nicely textured milk in the flat white and cortado. Very friendly baristas.

Great coffee in a light, airy, spacious setting. Simple, delicious food, and more importantly, smooth flavourful coffee. I'd walk a mile for a Toby's Estate coffee.

2 house Blends on the menu.. Various coffee brews. Fantastic ambience and very Melbourne menu.. Service was so good. My piccolo was smooth and light. Just cut the milk well enough to get a light caramel flavour. Recommend for sure

Well, thank goodness for Beanhunter, (yet again)! Never would have found this little gem otherwise, Manila is a tough gig for a well travelled coffee snob but these guys are doing it well. Extraction and temperature were all spot on! Foam on my cappuccino was smooth and creamy but a little skimpy in depth. The flavor was smooth and creamy with no hint of bitterness but the strength just a touch less than perfect for me. Having said all that, it's the best I've had in two trips to Manila so I will definitely be back!

The deco and atmosphere here is great, which is quite likely why it's very often full. They have a nice Dries van Noten machine and always two different espresso roasts available. Service is good and food options too. Very good to be a franchise.

Great little shop, slightly out of place given how new Century City is, but great quality coffee and attentive staff.
