This shop has either moved or opened a second shop as it’s located behind the main shrine. Hot coffee options were limited to espresso, cappuccino and latte. We opted for the latter which arrived looking like s nicely prepared flat white. Temperature was perfect and tasted like it was made from good beans. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Delightfully decent shot. As usual when putting a new place to the test I order an espresso. The shot was satisfying and smooth. I usually like a darker roast but I am also not too fussy if the coffee is decent. I can appreciate that coffee shops need to try and cater for a lot of people which can be hard if you're only using a single bean. I can say that this place is worth a visit when you're on Miyajima island and after a coffee. We also tried to get a soy drink but were told they don't have any soy milk, so that might be an issue for anyone sensitive to lactose or vegan. The place is easy to find, it is down the undercover street next to a bank and has a large sign that says "Miyajima coffee".
