Coffee is okay, but it appears that none of their staff know what to do with soy, nor do they know what a flat white is. Every "soy flat white" I've ordered has ended with me spooning out sloppy, coffee-coloured tofu, leaving me with half a cup's worth of actual drinkable coffee. If you're going to charge extra for soy, teach your staff how to work with it. Incredibly disappointing.
