Very few people know about this hidden gem, which is great for me because I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for the best coffee in Canberra. Staff are very friendly and extremely accomodating. Only downfall is how loud it can get - sitting outside is a quite fix though. ps, you are in for a treat if you get the female barista :-P
One of the best if not the best coffee in Canberra and their food is to die for, both breakfast and lunch. Super friendly staff and homely feel. It took about 2 visits for them to remeber my name and order, which is rare. Very nice location, you can catch a glimpse of morning or afternoon sun depending on where you sit (they have 2 outside areas). Highly recommend checking them out
Very popular little cafe hidden away at Gowrie shops. Gets quite crowded and noisy, but always serves excellent coffee with very good service. I have seen the baristas throw away coffees and remake them if they were not completely happy with it. Good menu and the food has been very good for both breakfast and lunch.
Friends who are in the know recommended this place to us for brunch. It really proved to be an absolute hidden gem of South Canberra. Staff is friendly and very competent making you feel relaxed in this upbeat and bustling with energy place. Despite it being quite busy our coffees were ready within minutes. Great blend, good temperature and just the right strength for an amazing start to the day. The breakfast/lunch menu is interesting and with plenty of delicious options. You can't go wrong with whatever you decide on. We had eggs benedict with smoked salmon, zucchini fritters and the Buddha Bowl. All dishes came out looking beautiful, fresh, crisp with a wonderful combination of flavours. Hands down!!! We will be back soon to catch some of that Canberra winter sun at your outdoor area. Thank you!
