What a sweet little spot and different to any inner city hipster joint. It’s open first thing in the morning and the powder coated grinders are gleaming and ready for business. The coffee is a SO from Vanuatu that has a lovely sweetness and leaves a strong pleasant aftertaste. Perfect before a morning hit or surf. Make sure you get Batesy to teach you his kick serve.
Pretty confused. Me and a friend went to this cafe because we saw it was the #3 cafe here and I have to say I was disappointed. I don’t know if the ownership has changed or something, but I cant help but call this place overrated. We were greeted by a confused looking barista who seem to be surprised to have customers at 8am on a Tuesday, order a couple over extracted espresso drinks, and left with questions.
The best coffee in Byron without doubt. Consistently delicious, hot, fresh tasting and always served with a smile - whether served at the crack of dawn on the way to the farmers markets as it was today or later on after a bash in the court. Food offering small but what they do is fresh & tasty and well considered. Just what we all feel like after the ladies tennis clinics or when picking up the kids from school. Always enjoy the flowers on the tables....
