Shady Lane Cafe

Solid food, nice ambience but completely rubbish coffee. Dragonfly much better.

1st long Mac was excellent, rich & creamy. 2nd visit ordered the same and it was quite disappointing. Clearly no consistency. Their home made muffins are good

Coffee is okay, iced coffee especially. Good food and service, but slow when busy.

Pretty good coffee for Broome.

Have just heard today of this great coffee review site!! Shady Lane has my vote on best coffee in town, I visit shady 2-3 times a week for takeaway coffee and also sit down meals.. Don't go past this place! Great meals, service and amazing coffee! My favourites? Double shot latte and cappuccino! If your ever visiting Broome, in the centre of Chinatown is Johnny Chi Lane- lots of great little shops surrounding this lovely cafe.

Was told by locals to go to the Shady Lane and was happy I took the advice, On a warm day hidden under a canopy of mango trees a lovely little setting, the coffee was great, food and service its equal. enjoyed it

Been to all the cafes in broome and this one is by far my favourite, be it the wood furniture the shade and the umbrellas but for sure the coffee is consistently more to my liking than other venues.

I've tried a lot of cafés in Broome. This place has consistently the best coffee. Like anywhere it depends on the Barista on the day. The food and service are great too.
