This café is a strange mix of specialty and regular coffee culture. They seem to know their coffee, and my cappuccino was decent, if a little non-descript, but there are a few aspects that keep them stuck in the past - dry foam, a bit heavy on the chocolate powder, and a dark cramped atmosphere - it could do with a breath of fresh air. Service was alright, but this all feels like a throwback to before cafés were trendy, light and airy places. It's conveniently close to Central Station so that may be enough for most just wanting a quick coffee.
