Finally decided to try a little local café, tried a muffin not bad, but cappuccino a real let down. How can you stuff up a Genovese coffee one of my favourite brands. Made lukewarm no body. Flat dismal brew. Almost like dishwater. Total waste of money. Great location but sorry will not be back. Needs a good barista to takeover.

fantastic service - friendly and professional. the food was off the hook - prompt, fresh, insanely delicious. the coffee - the standard underwhelming Genovese cup, disappointing in comparison to an otherwise incredibly successful establishment.

My girl friends and I went to Pablo on public holiday so it was extremely busy and we had to wait in a queue (I actually forced my gf to stay in a queue as I and another friend were late...). A nice guy staff let us take a table outside rather quickly as girls before us refused to sit in the sun. Though it was crazy busy, 2 staff members were very friendly and gave us enough time to choose what we were going to have. I personally like their public holiday menu already included surcharge - I don't like calculating 15% on top of my bill. Service was really nice, and food was very good. I scored maybe the last portion of muesli that satisfied my sweet cravings. I ordered Panaman single origin, and my girl friend ordered long mac and mocha. They were basically happy, particularly the girl who ordered mocha really enjoyed her glass - unfortunately, I could not enjoy my Panama much. As one of the previous reviewers described, it lacked any flavours - very flat and monotonous with bitterness. Though it was not offensive, it was somehow disappointing as I had had nice Panama at many other places including my own brew. I would be happy to go back for food and service - it was amazing to see how friendly and accommodating staff at Pablo were even though the place was really busy - but sorry, not for coffee...

It's been awhile since I came here and passing by on a walk we decided let's try a coffee. It was pretty busy at 9am but we ordered our two coffees at the counter and sat inside. The food going past us looked divine so it amped up my hopes for our coffees. When they arrived they had some pretty latte art but you could instantly tell from the pale crema that it wouldn't be a robust strong coffee. It was a okay coffee, my hubby's skinny looked a bit stronger of course. The extraction was off, the flavour was lost and mild. The finish on the palate slightly bitter. A real shame. I kept watching the awesome food go past and just wished the coffee showed the same passion. Overall if you're coming here for food I think you will be blown away. If you're looking for a rockin great espresso only.....hmmmm I would suggest a couple of other local spots do it better.
