I was totally disgusted with the service that was happening today, the signs stated that you could pay for gifts drinks etc in the gift shop but this was impossible as no staff was on today. I had like others to queue up in the cafe to purchase gifts to take back to England I was there for over half a hour waiting. I am a disabled woman with an elbow crutch having to stand in line & wait for this length of time. No consideration shown for the gift shop customers. Not a nice experience to take back to the UK . The staff that was working in the cafe were very helpful & understanding. This my 3rd trip to Brisbane visiting family but I will not be buying anything again in the gift shop or cafe. I was left feeling deflated & disappointed with my visit to Mt Coot-tha.

Our apologies regarding the wait time to purchase your gifts here at Kuta recently. During quiet times in the gift shop, our staff will move to the cafe to assist. However, you shouldn't have been left waiting and our team should have noticed that there were other customers requiring service. This has been forwarded to our manager to look into, so we appreciate your feedback and whilst it wasn't a good experience, we do hope you return on another of your visits as this is not at all our usual standard.
