Cute converted corner store with interesting food menu. Coffee was Ok using Campos beans but have had much better. Corn fritters appeared to be deep fried which took away from what was a great dish otherwise.

The location is good for parking, the decor and atmosphere are pleasant. The lunchtime food choices are limited and expensive. The coffee was tres ordinaire, fortunately in a small cup and not expensive. I would probably not come back.

I'm not sure what Sandrine and Deadpool are talking about below. I have not experienced 1 single thing that they have mentioned at Billy Kart. The coffee can be slightly different from time to time depending on which barista is working but it is always nice. I've drank coffee from Australia's most acclaimed cafe's and still wouldn't say those things. The breakfast is amongst the best in Brisbane. I've been going to billy kart since it's open. I don't normally post reviews but feel other people's reviews are false.

Had coffee and croissants at Billy Kart Annerley this morning, thoroughly enjoyed every aspect, will definitely come back. I wish their breakfast menu didn't end at 11, though.

I tried this place once recently with discerning and brutal coffee tester mate. Ordered our one and double shot cappuccinos respectively, efficient staff and cold water bottle brought to table, large premises, cool atmosphere. Bit too windy outside, we moved tables inside, the outside area could be cold and exposed in the Brisbane winter. Coffees arrived. One look at my companion's expression on first sip said it all. She could not finish it, too bitter insipid and slightly burned. I tried to add coconut sugar to mine, but next sip made me feel nauseous. My take away container said Campos but I don't believe Campos make it like this. Campos is not my favourite blend but they don't blend dishwater. We left and had to light up a cigarette to get the awful taste out of our mouths. Sadly, another coffee hangout struck off the list. Nothing much around West End that counts. Better to stay with what you know, so don't waste your time or money here.

Just visited today. Service was good. Coffee was quite good and the baked item I ordered a blueberry muffin was excellent. The only negative is that due to popularity it is very noisy inside. But it is well worth the visit.

First time visit today like the set up its very nice. there was only one person on the floor serving and she was excellent but it meant service was slow. menu well optioned i had poached eggs and crispy bacon on sour dough (7 from 10). ordered a cappuccino. coffee is campos there were 2 on the machine. it took ages to arrive and was cool. that wasn't the problem it had no taste just strong. Two Teaspoons at Jindalee do a far better coffee and breakfast. considering the name behind the place i was very dissapointed all round. coffee 5 from 10. im sure that it may have been a bad day but it was very busy but i expected more.
