A small outlet in one of Berlin's many edgy areas. My espresso was made with good beans but a little weaker than it should have been. My companion had a similar view of her cappuccino. There was clearly an Australian influence as Vegemite was for sale in the cafe at 7.50 euros a jar.
When we got here there was a sign saying "wait to be seated" so we waited just to be ignored by the barista and everyone else that worked there until we just took a menu to have a look what they have. A girl told us that the kitchen was closed and then left. Still didn't get seated. So we just grabbed a table and had a seat. Took 15 minutes for someone to take out order. Mind you, it was not busy. Ordered two cappuccinos which we had to wait for about 15 min again. The barista was just making small talk with customers not coffee. So when our coffees finally arrived they were under temperature and really flat. Flavour was good though, at least something. But customer service here is really underwhelming. Might be not the best idea to ignore your customers from the beginning and then make them wait forever.
