Called in two days running. First for lunch and second for breakfast. Food was excellent both times but coffees were up and down. My piccolo on first day was excellent and on day two we both had piccolos and agreed that they were fairly ordinary leaving a burnt taste in the mouth. We think we had different baristas on each occasion.
We’re delighted with our coffee at Crumb Cafe. The coffee was smooth, strong and robust. Ryan was happy with his triple shot latte, however I was slightly disappointed that they didn’t use Milklab Almond milk, the Vitasoy brand has far too many chemicals and additives for my liking. As a result I opted for Bonsoy, which was enjoyable. The ambiance was nice, clearly a lot of locals and was pet friendly. The service was friendly, but slightly distracted and rushed during the busy period. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
Consistent and very good coffee. Good selection of cakes, slices etc.. Haven’t had breakfast or lunch yet but it always looks good. The space is a little small and pokey. Staff are friendly and efficient and seem focussed on quality. One of my favourite places to visit on the coast.
