A twee place that is probs good for a catch up over a Devonshire tea but the coffee was crap - bitter, astringent, no body and the service just go hum, whatevs. Will not be coming back although by the look of the diners they won’t lose any sleep. This is not a cafe for coffee

Food good coffee horrible. Menu has an ok range, i got the green (something) breakfast with a few extras and it was pretty good and healthy (not cheap but not unusually expensive) Coffee is Di Manfreddi, couldnt even drink a quarter of my long black with extra water and feel sick afterwards anyway! I'm on my way to a festival so just wanted 1 last good coffee to see me off.. beanhunter lead me astray very much! Can people please start writing what coffee beans a place uses! This app is called BEAN hunter FFS! if you get a milk coffee and put sugar in it then post on here saying that the place has good coffee... your speaking a completely different language to people who actually know and care about good coffee and your misleading them! Crema? What has crema got to do with anything? The most crucial thing is the QUALITY of the beans and everything thats happened to them on the way, then how it's made... italian style coffee is not quality coffee... it may be your personal taste but its not mine... there is a massive industry of roasteries and cafes that put an EPICLY LARGER amount of money, care and knowledge into making really really really good quality coffee... its like chalk and cheese.. di manfreddi is not good QUALITY single origin coffee where the utmoast care has been taken every step of the way, it is a cheap and horribly dirty blend.. Rant over, thank you
Upon walking through the door we were greeted immediately by the highly knowledgeable and personable barista. Coffee was quick from ordering with an incredible crema and smooth taste. the staff were all excellently proficient and friendly. Highly recommend visiting this uniquely located cafe.
