Coffee is roasted in in-house, not ideal. Food very hit and miss.

I really wanted to like this place more, it has such great potential. Beautiful shop and vibe reminds me of the inner city, but maybe staff/owners need to spend less time decorating and more time perfecting their craft. Average coffee, and they aren’t serious about tea offerings. Priced as if they have gotten it right already...

Ambiance , service and food is good ...like most CBD inner city cafes ... The fact that it’s in Armidale with little choice makes it seem much more wonderful than what it is . Coffee really not that good and it was always lukewarm when served ... definitely a big fish in a small bowl syndrome . Just needs some good competition to lift the game . I’m surprised there is still such bad coffee in country New South Wales towns :((

You will not find a better coffee in Armidale. Bakery is good too. It’s no secret, it’s pretty much packed from open to close... and for good reason.

Amazing coffee. Had a flat white and a piccolo. The place was absolutely pumping and they still managed to get the food and coffee out quickly. Great bread and staff were lovely.

GFB is my regular hangout. Best coffee in the region with awesome bakery treats. Table service and best baristas around

This cafe is slightly away from the main drag but was buzzing on a Tuesday morning. Ambiance was interesting and eclectic. Our coffees were great and the raisin toast was outstanding. Table service was fast , efficient and cheerful. The cafe lived up to its good reviews.
