Reviews of Leche Cafe
Probably the best part of Yamba. Just seconds skate from the skate park. Coffee was on point - running a few dairy free options. 🤙🏼 cool spots to sit and chill , quiet enough to have conversations or read one of the mags or books on their shelves. Good menu too. Thanks guys 😻 great vibes ! Maca Mylk latte was marvellous x
Great place. Lovely people and the most amazing food. Really fresh, healthy but incredibly tasty with interesting ingredients. The daily salad and avocado on toast were delicious with lots of additional bits and pieces - nuts, sprouts, fresh herbs and spices. Coffee was well handled and strong. Double shot 3/4 FW was super strong, had to add a touch more milk, which is unusual for me. We will be back. This and Beachwood Cafe are great finds, we probably won't bother looking any further while in Yamba.
Just down on holidays, went in on a Saturday and it was quite busy with diners... looked like I was the only take away customer, but it still took 10-15 minutes for my one coffee, received cappuccino and it was 3/4 full, I saw the barista run out of milk filling it up, and decided to just put a lid on it and send it off... the cafe was too busy to say anything as I had wife and kids in the car and had left them too long already... Beautiful coffee (well, the 3/4 I received), first experience with the service wasn't great (girl on the till was great, pleasant and happy despite being busy)... with the multiple great coffee haunts around Yamba, the service was probably enough for me not to give it another go...
More inviting than next door at I/C just for a quick sit down coffee (will try I/C next time). Staff lovely, Fitout nice with a decent share table so a party of one doesn't feel as if they're taking up a table that might want to have brekky and the coffee on point with other double shot small flat whites I've had on marvel st beans. Very happy :)
Great little cafe, excellent cakes but the coffee was a let down for me. As a Long Black drinker I like a robust roast and i found this LB to be mean, green and thin. Having said that, the barista knew what she was doing and the coffee was perfectly made, just didn't like the roast.
