We stopped in for a quick coffee. Pleasantly surprised by coffee which had a good milk to coffee ratio and was quite nice. Not the best coffee I have had but you could do a Lot worse.

Use Tonys Estate beans. Coffee was pretty average. Very bitter and dark roast. Too much espresso to milk ratio and milk was not frothed well. Surprised this place is rated so well. It must be the food (which we didn’t eat) that has ridiculously large portions? Personally not a fan of the coffee.

Husband is a massive fan of the Ona coffee beans and has been to the cafe in Canberra so we were super happy to hear it had opened in Sydney. We had birthday cake blend and raspberry candy both with milk. Excellent coffee and service is fantastic. Highly recommend if you are a picky coffee person like my husband. Worth the drive from the burbs.

With not much choice in Bergen and the expensiveness of Norway, we had doubts about having coffee here. Happy to sat the reviews were spot on. Great little find. Coffee was best we had in Norway. Crema was perfect and ratio of coffee to milk was spot on. We also really liked the customer service which was friendly and charming. Also the carrot cake and cookies we had were delicious. Worth the $27 aud we paid for 2 coffees and a slice of cake.

This is a coffee experience and not for those who simply want a latte or blended coffee. We had 2 coffees as part of a showcase which gave 3 styles of flavour profile, all made from the same bean but they had been different processing methods to create the differntiation. Great experience and enjoyed our cold brew. Lovely staff. Highly informative.

Coffee was bitter and had burnt flavour notes. Crema was good but far too much espresso and not enough milk. Unbalanced and too strong. A shame considering it has high recommendations- wouldn’t come back.

We like Ona beans so thought this place would be awesome. It’s just ok. Piccolo had too much espresso vs milk so it was quite bitter. Husbands v6 was underextracted so lacked flavour. Also cafe has lots of extra stock sitting on the floor so feels quite claustrophobic and messy. Will come and buy beans but not sure about buying drinks again.

Went back again and had take away. Coffee was even better and possibly the best piccolo I have had. Normally baristas get the ratio of milk to espresso totally wrong and you get far too much coffee. This had the perfect ratio - coffee was full, creamy and rich. I didn’t want my pic to end. Great choice.

I like the vibe of this coffee shop, service is fast and staff are friendly but the coffee is awful. Burnt, overextracted, poor latte art and bad espresso to milk ratio. Although Tuggerah has limited choice, I wouldn’t go here for the coffee.

Not the best coffee I have had but not bad I guess if you don’t mind generic coffee flavours. It was just really non descriptive - with no distinguishing features and no latte art. It felt like i was drinking Oak coffee milk or milky instant coffee. At least it was a good temperature.

Bitter, smokey and strong. Needed to mix the milk through the coffee to make it balanced(had a piccolo). Probably better with a milkier choice of coffee. Ok and better than a lot of others in the centre.

Coffee as strong, acidic and slightly fruity. Ratio of milk was not good (not enough) but husbands latte was too milky. The cafe has a nice vibe but I don’t think the coffee is the stand out reason why people come. Pretty average.

Coffee was hot and balanced. Had woody, roasted, baked note. Really nice coffee in a cool little set up. Surfer boy had a latte which was creamy and sweet. Worth a visit if in the area.

Campos coffee with good ratio milk to coffee. Nice touch with tiny teddy biscuits placed on top of lid. Service was quick and friendly. Great pic for a good coffee in the Hunter

Even a refurb, new machines and use of their own beans did nothing to soften how awful this coffee was. I bought sipped and then put it in the bin next to the florist. It was burnt, bitter and just bad. Milk ratio was out of whack. Save your dollars and get a coffee milk from woolworths instead - much nicer than this.

Coffee was very hot and over extracted which gave bitter and burnt notes. Pleasant service and seem to have a wide variety of food including raw treats. Nice place but wouldn’t come here for the coffee.

Use Ona Beans. We were hesitant about coming here as previous reviews stated use of Toby’s Estate beans however, thankfully we stopped as they use Ona beans which are awesome. Cafe has a really cool vibe with a Scandinavian feel plus they serve a variety of food. Coffees were great. Used houseblend - Ona hitman. Good ratio of coffee to milk. Caramel and malt notes. Highly recommend.
