Thought I would try Common Grounds again before I travelled back up the coast. Milk was too hot and the coffee was under extracted, with a subtle sour taste. Service was good. Will try again when next visiting this part of the world because they use Glee beans!

Beans: Glee Interesting spot on the Hunter River, which is probably very popular weekend spot. Coffee was ok, the pour was not as good as other cafes that do Glee Caramel and coco flavours not as pronounced or clean.

Beans: Giancarlo I visited here on a busy Saturday morning travelling through Wagga. It was hectic inside the cafe however the service was prompt and efficient. A number of blends to choose from including single origin. Milk was too hot however texture wasn't to bad once it cooled. Overall considering how busy they were the coffee came out pretty quickly and I would be interested to try again when in town.

Beans Genovese I had a latte. The Coffee slightly burnt but on the whole was smooth. Service is friendly and quick. Good place to grab a take away while travelling through Glen Innes.

The sign at the top of the lane way caught my interest. The entry via the red phone booth further intrigued me. The dark grungy atmosphere with jazz music won me over in an instant. Great coffee had the single origin long black and my wife ordered a latte. 10 out of 10 for atmosphere and the service is good. Bean know what they are doing behind the machine. My favourite Brisbane cafe (also a bar!).

Beans: au79 I had the single origin Ethiopian blend. LAB also as a house blend (called dark matter) and seasonal blend (assume that means it rotates). Long black was great, temperature just right and really nice acidity.

Beans: Merlo (special sails blend) Coffee ok not earth shattering but not bad either. Service was friendly and prompt. It's expensive (1 medium latte, 1 small latte and 2 baby chinos $15), typical Noosa prices.

Beans: Botero It's a shame how far Vines has fallen. Six years ago it was one of the better restaurants in Grafton with great food and service. Now it's a shadow of its former self. I had a double shot espresso with cold milk. It was bitter. Service is nice but forgetful.

Finally got to Blackfish while I was in Port for work. Glad I came. I had the single origin from Ecuador. All was as it should be temperature spot on, no bitterness and service was great. Recommended.

Great service and good beans from Melbourne (sorry can't remember roaster). Service is fantastic, I wanted to buy a thick shake for my son which they don't make, but suggested I get it from the shop close by and bring it back.

Beans: Hill Roasters A little hole in the wall place at Cuts on Fitzroy, you will not be disappointed. Great service with excellent coffee from Hill Roasters. Strong medium to dark roast with dark chocolate overtones. Smooth never bitter with Ryan knows his way around his machine and beans. This is a very welcome addition to Grafton. Worth the detour into town if heading north. Closes at 1400 and not open Sunday.
