Surprises me this cafe doesn't have more reviews.its up there with the best on the coast.if I'm in the Kawana/Mooloolaba areaThe Palletis my preference for coffee .Parking is easy ,it's off the main road so it's quiet and has a pleasant outlook.John is an experienced barista and is shows in his coffee . the cafe is spacious and quiet if your a reader as I am. Make the effort to find The Pallet Expresso Bar, it is tucked away you won't be disappointed .

Pop into this small coffee spot after noticing online quite by random that this coffee cafe had knocked the consistently excellent Tims Adams Lamkin Lane off the no 1 spot on the Sunshine Coast . It was a good coffee don't get me wrong but there was no wow factor for me .I expected more from the Number 1 coffee spot on the coast .Great for the workers in the industrial area it is tucked away in. Its also only open from 7-11.00 Mon - Fri . We are spoilt on the coast so many great coffee choices to be had and more opening up every day .

Since Caloundra was fortunate enough to be chosen as the location for Tim's Espresso Bar , many new coffee jaunts have appeared and many are very good . But Lamkin Lane's obvious dedication to coffee and service holds it above the rest . Variety too is the key for coffee snobs like myself , who like to try different blends on occasion .

Very disappointing coffee which left a bad after taste. No latte art at all on my flat white ,well it wouldn't have been possible because there was no froth . Didn't even finish it . To top it off my sister was given a dirty spoon . Sorry but Evolution does not deserve it no 10 rating on the coast

This is a new cafe/bar in Nambour Main Street. It's not fully operational yet but there is a beautiful coffee machine out front and the both baristas I've encountered make a smooth brew . I had the blend but they inform me they do /will have single origins available . This place has a good vibe ,a welcome addition to Nambour which joins Husk n Honey as top places to enjoy a coffee .

I found Cup of George a few months ago . Love the fact you can get a beautiful smooth coffee full of flavour away from the fast food rat race of the plaza . In winter sit in the sun on the lawn or hide inside away from the traffic and noise from the plaza . The Barista is always welcoming and creates a great avocado smash . The cakes are pretty much standard as you get in most cafés on the coast . They usually have a single origin on offer as well which I prefer and enjoy equally.

Locals give yourself a treat ,break away from the coastal cafés take the drive into Nambour and seek out this comfy cafe .Barista John serves Tim Adams Season 11 ( it changes as Tim introduces new blends ) with respect .I can recommend the Pear & Vanilla cake it is the best homemade cake on the coast i have experienced . A single origin blend would be welcome , to mix it up in the future .

Excellent flat white ,so glad I made the extra effort to find this cafe . After witnessing a fellow diner receive his mushrooms on sourdough decided to turn coffee into brunch and went on to order an iced coffee with vanilla Gelati and a double expresso .

Caloundra needed this cafe . People will travel for good coffee and great coffee they are creating in this hidden cafe . Finally Caloundra can join Vandys @ Buderim , Caffiene Culture @ M'Dore ,Little Miss Saine @ Kawana and even Daisys Place @ the old Rustic Cabin . ( even better they are open Sundays )

Before Little Miss Saine , I would skip Kawana and head to Buderim or Maroochydore . Now the Sunshine Coast has another hot spot for beautiful coffee . It was $4.00 for a small FW , but good coffee is getting more expensive and I will gladly pay for quality . I've yet to try the food on offer but it is always a bonus when u can order lunch aswell .

Wow , what a find in Nambour .2 x very smooth flatwhites enjoyed with a gluten free almond cake . This small cafe has a nice cosy feel even though its situated in a busy area directly opposite the hospital . Another bonus is they were still open at 4.00 pm serving Veneziano coffee made extremely well.

I am a regular at Daisy's ,they serve the best coffee southside on the coast . Easy parking if your heading down to Brissy pull off the Bruce H'way and grab a takeaway make that drive bearable. Beanhunter regulars enjoy .

I am a regular at Birds & Beans and since their recent publicity, this gem has been a hub of activity and deservedly so . I am secretly hoping they open another of the same standard in the Caloundra area. My husband cannot understand why i drive 20 minutes just for coffee . ( great coffee I tell him ! )

I agree with Beanfire regards coffee however i would like to assure foodies the meals from the blackboard menu are amazing ! I have had lunch 3 times each time ordering from the board twice the chef served his creation personally . He mentioned he is trying to improve the standard of coffee , eg staff sent to Melbourne to upgrade barista skills . Solution - morning coffee from Caffiene Culture , lunch at The Velo Project until they get the coffee right .

This place should be kept a secret it was soooo good . Coffee was smooth and creamy and complimented my lunch order. Before ordering check out the specials , this chef is very passionate and his creation for me was amazing. I only hope we can get a table on Sunday when I return with my husband to share my discovery!

Take the time to find this hidden gem . Highly trained professional staff will greet you at this cafe. With a lot of attention to detail , the decor has been created with passion and creativity . On only my third visit the barista remembered my choice of coffee . A smooth blend , with a little kick just how I like it ! Enjoy

I frequent Switch 3 days a week when I work in Nambour . I would like to share a story which I'm sure other coffee nuts can relate . Monday morning I get my Flatwhite , fresh salad for lunch and a yoghurt for morning tea all to go . I know some might cringe , but i reheat my coffee at morning tea , so much to my horror when I discover someone has thrown out my coffee because they saw what they thought was the same Campos Cup there last week . It wasn't it was a FRESH brew waiting patiently for my return . In closing fellow coffee nuts guard your coffee , and visit Switch next chance you get for a consistantly beautiful coffee and the freshest salads . Jo

What a wonderful surprise this cafe turned out to be . In an area littered with coffee shops of none I would rate. A creamy smooth blend , (for those who like a good hit maybe request a double shot )was excellent. The service here impeccable , we only had dessert but it was unique and I suspect made on the premises served with real whipped cream and was delicious .
