Coffee good. Not burnt. No inside chairs possibly due to COVID. Some outside tables with stools . Food in the sandwich fridge looked yummy and fresh. Baguettes etc. also muffins looked fresh yummy and slightly different. White chock raspberry muffin very tempting.

Good coffee. Very busy on Sunday morning and reasonably long queue to order but coffee came out promptly and we didn’t have any trouble finding a table. Love the closeness to the playground . Pricing looks Gouda. We will be back

I was so excited to hear of a possible good coffee shop in Mandurah and so disappointed when I tried it today. We waited to order while the server chatted with a customer: friend. The flat whites were wishy washy . I know a lot of people like their coffee wishy washy but they usually find plenty of chain coffee palaces to fill their needs. Ambience is trendy . Admittedly we had the brand new barista , but she was under instruction from the senior . Damn. So wanted this to be good.

Had to ask for the table yo be wiped down and that wasn’t well received by the waitress. Coffee so so. Small cups. Decor interesting but it feels like it needs a good clean and the vibe is all wrong.

If you like your coffee super hot and wishy washy in a big bucket cup then this is the place for you. There is only one take away option - large @$5. This cup of tasteless muck is admittedly served promptly with a smile. If you want you can sit in the shopping centre foyer to enjoy the bliss . My coffee was super super hot. Some people like it that way. For me the super heat was another indicator that this place caters for people who want a hot milky drink but don't care much about flavour.

It's not bad coffee to go. I'm struggling to find any good coffee places between Perth and Mandurah and this is the best so far. No ambience though. It's in a shopping centre entry way and is essentially a take away deli. Fast enough service

This place has had a makeover from the old milk bar that was but still serves some of the better coffee in Guildford . It was pumping at Sunday brekky and the menu is well priced - not the usual overpriced Perth rubbish. We will be back
