A fab place to stop. We visited as we were travelling through in July. The coffee was very good. My long black was smooth and flavoursome with a rich thick crema and just the right amount of sharpness. The service was timely and helpful. It has a really good atmosphere.

Back again for the best coffee I've had in Tamworth. My long black was flavorsome, smooth and well drawn. My companions' flat white and cappuccino were made from the same limited release single origin and were smooth and tasty.

W ell worth the visit. The staff were excellent and the food was good - sandwiches, wraps and cakes with gluten free options. My long black was smooth with an even crema and very tasty and my companions' flat white and cappuccino were very much enjoyed. The location is very noisy but don't let that put you off. There was a steady stream of people calling in to grab a takeaway coffee.

This is a fab cafe but sadly their barrista must be on hols. The food we had today was ok but my long black could have been instant coffee. Even after I asked about the lack of crema on my coffee, it was taken back and one exactly the same came back. And it was weak and tasteless. I'll go back because they are usually much better than this but it will after the summer holidays.

Another great addition to this little town. Using Mason Clarke beans my long black wasn't strong but was flavorsome and smooth leaving a pleasant aftertaste. It is take away coffee as the are no tables in the store. This small store stocks excellent local produce - fresh meat, cheeses, oil and preserves. They also sell specialty bread and gelato from local suppliers. Well worth the visit especially on the days Mason Clarke are not open.

Great smallish cafe and bar. It is very popular with surrounding offices and nearby residents. It can get super busy but the staff handle that well. The food is good with a helpful selection of wines, scotch and other spirits. My long black was well made, with a lovely, thick, rich crema. It was slightly bitter and very strong but smooth to drink and flavoursome—I'd have like to give it an 8.5 on the bean hunter ratings (it wasn't quite a 9 but I am a hard marker). Well worth a visit.

A pleasant spot but very busy and when they get busy it can be a bit noisy. It has a lovely outlook onto a park. It does have a certain 'ladies who lunch' feel about it. The food is tasty and fresh which is probably why it is so busy. My long black wasn't outstanding - not bitter but neither was it really flavoursome. It lacked depth and lacked a pleasant aftertaste. My companion's cappuccino was equally Ok.

A good coffee, at the southern end of the busiest part of central Tamworth. My long black had a thick even crema with a pleasant flavour and smooth aftertaste. My companions had mugs of cappuccino that were very generous with pretty latte art - they were very much enjoyed. The food was great: fresh, tasty and nicely presented. The decor is not busy; the tables are well spaced. There is an interesting gallery upstairs.

A good spot for breakfast. My long black had a thin and uninspiring crema but it was a tasty strong brew that wasn't too hot. The coffee had a smooth and rich mouthfeel and left no bitterness in the aftertaste. All in our party enjoyed breakfast; the breakfast burger and the breakfast salad were definite winners. The cafe was busy on Anzac day and there was a 30 minute wait for food. It didn't feel that long thanks to the coffee and friendly efficient staff.

A friendly little cafe with fantastic views of Lake Jindabyne. Serving coffee made on beans they roast themselves. They offered 3 different roasts - a dark strong Red Door blend, a mid strength single origin Ethiopian and a milder organic coffee. My short black was hot, slightly tart with a good finish. And they sell their beans.

A great addition to the town. A nice little cafe with quirky mismatched vynl chairs and a great range of local produce. They are committed to coffee and roast beans for use in the cafe. Yet the coffee was a little underwhelming. It was not bitter and was a good temperature but the long blacks had a thin crema, were weak and didn't leave any sense of flavour. The cappuccinos were very frothy and also unremarkable.

I have had the best coffee here and also some really good coffee - so it is a little hit and nearly hit (I've never had a miss here). The long blacks are the right temperature, the right level of bitterness, with a rich crema and great flavour. We often buy beans from them for our home coffee and have found the staff helpful and their advice accurate.

A welcome addition to Tamworth, this second hand bookshop, gelateria and cafe is worth the visit. My long black was strong, with a dark crema and light sharpness. It had good flavour and left a pleasant aftertaste.

Road trip with elderly parents. We stopped for morning tea. The cafe is on a busy street but once you are inside it is worlds away. Through the gift shop and out the back to a peaceful and pretty courtyard. The staff were efficient and very friendly. The cakes were fresh and yummy. My long black was flavorsome and smooth, served hot with a reasonable crema. My parents cappuccinos were well made and very much enjoyed. A lovely break. The trivia cards on each table were a fun addition.

Visited with elderly parents as we were passing through. The coffee was good-a light bitterness but with great flavour that left a very pleasant aftertaste. Our meals were fresh and plentiful - mum said the salad was the best she had eaten. The staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent and friendly place to stop.
