we just ordered a round of takeaway coffee and all were so weak they were undrinkable. we threw all of them out as literally tasted like warmed milk, and we ordered extra strong flat whites. not sure why this place rates at all. worst coffee I have had this year.

surprised to see any good reviews on the coffee. the service is adequate but the coffee is a milky disaster. normally I get an extra shot flat white but was talked out of it by guy at counter. the result was undrinkable. he suggested another shot ...for $3! making it a $7.50 flat white. wife's coffee was also overly milky. won't be getting coffees here anymore. worst coffee I've had in manly.

First time here and after taking the precaution of getting an extra shot in my large flat white, was very impressed. Great strength and no bitterness at all. Food was also very good and pretty quick.

I have been working in north Sydney for years and never really bothered to try a coffee from Pekish. Having had one of heir coffees recently I now have been going every morning for the last 2 months. Coffee is strong and really full flavoured. Service is fast for take away too.

Was recommended by a friend purely because of the surf focus of this place. It turns out the food is great and coffee really good. I had a tall Fw and it was really strong, a great temperature and very smooth. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxed and staff were fast and friendly. A really nice little shop.

Have been to this busy little place a few times and the coffee has been good every time. The coffee is strong enough (I could always handle stronger) and very smooth. Food is always fantastic. if you can get a seat it's a great cafe.

In Armidale for work regularly and I had never been in here but glad I did on my last visit. The initial smell of the beans being roasted can be overwhelming, but once you get used to it the coffee, service and atmosphere are excellent...especially the the coffee. If you like a strong, rich coffee you won't be disappointed.
