Returned today to make sure the coffee and food wasn’t a fluke on the first visit: Strong but silky smooth and very impressive piccolo. Corn and zucchini fritters, French toast and Spanish chorizo baked eggs were all amazing. The chef in the kitchen obviously uses only the best ingredients and presents awesome food.

Piccolo was one of the best coffees I’ve had in the North Rocks/Carlingford area. The Spanish Chorizo Baked Egg (served in a cast iron skillet) was incredible. This cafe is literally a one minute detour if travelling through the area along Pennant Hills Rd. Try this cafe, you won’t be disappointed!!

Whilst is it is the usual/standard items on the menu, all items are made with exceptional ingredients and cooked excellently. The service was friendly but remained professional. The coffee was also great.

A silky smooth coffee with absolutely no hint of bitterness or ‘burnt taste’. However, the coffees were brought to our table at only just a passable temperature. One or two degrees lower and they would have been too cool to enjoy.

Great location right opposite Bar Beach. There is both ample off street and on street parking. There’s a few tables next to the caravan, but it’s worth crossing the street for a beachside seat. The coffee had an initial strong roasted almost burnt start. However it quickly smoothed out once my taste adjusted. A decent coffee made by a lovely brother and sister team.

Two poached eggs with tomato and baby spinach on turkish was quickly prepared with excellent ingredients. However, it was the coffee that was the big surprise. My first piccolo was so impressive I ordered a second to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. Both coffees were excellent. This is now my go to place for a coffee at Carlingford Court.

The coffee was perfect and the food exceptional. The best quality produce is obviously used. The addition of crushed peas with mint added a new dimension to the expected crushed avo with feta and poached egg. TRY IT!

A nice little cafe with seating both inside and out (umbrellas for shade). Smooth and well textured SFW. Very friendly and attentive staff. Table water happily offered/provided even for 2 quick ‘have in’ coffees.

The coffee and food at this place is awesome! The coffee is consistently excellent. However, it’s the food that is the unexpected surprise. Clearly there’s an exceptional chef in the kitchen. It’s hard to believe such quality ingredients and plated food can be had in a suburban cafe. The couscous salad must be tried. This place is definitely worth a visit or the 5 minute detour if passing by the area on Pennant Hills Rd, James Ruse Dr or Victoria Rd.

THIS CAFE IS LOCATED IN LAKE PARRAMATTA AND NOT PARRAMATTA PARK (two distinctly different locations); as incorrectly recorded by the previous reviewer. The coffee was thin/watery and often inconsistent. The strongest point for the Lake Parramatta Cafe is the outlook over the lake.

Excellent smooth and well textured coffee. The perfect temperature and very quick service. Definitely recommend this place if you’re near the intersection of Marsden and Macquarie Streets, Parramatta.

We had breakfast on a Sunday morning and were surprised at the amount of free tables both inside and out. The food was fresh, excellent quality and large portions. The coffee was as useful excellent.

A great cafe inside the SANS Clinic Building within the SANS Hospital grounds. Had an excellent toasted sandwich and the coffee was significantly better than expected. This appears to be the only carnivore friendly option in an otherwise vegetarian hospital. WORTH SEEKING OUT.

An early opening cafe at the entrance of an office building with both indoor and outdoor seating. An excellent silky smooth coffee with heaps of Vittoria bean flavour. There is a constant flow of locals 'in the know' patronising this nice little cafe.

An excellent coffee with experienced baristas that ensure a consistent brew every time. This is the best coffee in/around Silverwater and Newington. It's certainly worth the slight detour if driving along Silverwater Rd.
